Disk is connected to reputation with lorewalkers. They are faction that to get reputatin with, we visit specific places in pandaria and read texts. When we get 3 sometimes 4 places we get quest item book, mailed to us. Returning it gives rep.

 

Here after we visit the places, we don't get achievement and no quest item too, so right now, lorewalkers doesn't work. Disk is obtainable with Hozen Peace Pipe, but will take a while.
