Description of the problem : It should give 5% spell haste in moonkin form but it doesn't. 3. How it must work : "increases spell haste of all party and raid members within 100 yards by 5%." 4.Date when you tested it : 1/06/2014 5.Realm : 100x 6.Priority of the problem : 10/10 Please fix asap, it's a major bug!!
Demiblast Posted June 1, 2014 Posted June 1, 2014 It does, at least most of passive abilities like this do, just check out your cast time of some spells and you will see.
