Hello. First of all im not sure if i should report here... today i was doing arenas when another ench shaman bursted me for insane damage and i wan`t to report and have an answer how he did he make this and is he going to be banned.

There is no violation, it's a special buff, that goes after you play arena for more then fifteen minutes, next time make sure you know the mechanics of the game before writing stuff on forum.
