it should work like

without getting bugged

and when someone is casting http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=99118 and then http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=93399/shooting-stars procs it should allow to cast 2 (one casted and one instant) and not take the casted one like the instant.

We get same problem with Lava Burst when Lava surge proc some times, but they fix it so I'm thinking they can do it for this spell too lets just wait and see.

Yea but shamans dont get a LOT of procs like boomkins xd and its annoying when you see shooting stars like 4 or 5 times in 6 secs and cannot launch more than 2.

Shamans do get a lot of procs, depending on how many flameshocks are currently up on how many different targets. It's as crucial to shamans as to boomkins ^_^

And yea it is a dps loss aswell in PvE.

I don't think they will ever fix anything for boomkins.
