Thunderfury<Legendary>

So after a few days of farming materials and then waiting for molten core to reset to kill ragnaros for firelords essence, I went to complete the quest for thunderfury on the fun server. Little to my knowledge at the time did i know that i would not be able to melee the boss... So i waited for some ranged dps to help me out and by the time i was able to find some help, thunderaan despawned... I went back to the npc in hopes that i would be able to resummon the boss but no luck. I tried relogging and no luck no boss. I submitted a ticket in game and had no response and dont know if this server has any gm's that actually track tickets. I would really appreciate some input from a admin here :(

 

Please fix the npc, reset my characters quests and refund my materials, or just reset my characters 24 hours.
