Character transfer + Abandoned name

I have recently started playing on pandawow due to a big amount of friends playing here. I saw an option here in the forums to transfer exsisting characters from other 5.0.5 servers. I thought this was a very cool feature, unfortunately this did not work due to the fact that the person who you are supposed to recieve private messages is not even accepting private messages. I just thought this was very weird. :confused:

 

Anyhow, Since they play on the x100 realm it wouldnt be a problem for me to level up and start over on a new character. The only problem is that i've been stuck with my same original name for over 5 years (It was my first name in WoW). I obviously tried to name my character after this but the name was taken. I looked up the character on the armory and then I see a death knight in level 66, in other words, the person have just made a few of the starter quests then logged off. Is it possible to delete this low level character if the owner has abandoned him? Like for example, he created him then thought deathknight was not the class for him and never logged back in.

In all respect to the owner of this character, if you see this, i would do almost anything for my orginial name back. And ooh, the name in fact is Favour.

We can not delete or rename character, that belongs to the another person.
