Не тот раздел.

Открываем папку World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\*имя аккаунта*\PandaWoW x100 (х10, фан)\*ник персонажа*\addons.txt

 

Далее ищем строку "blizzard achivment ui disabled" и меняем на "blizzard achivment ui enabled"
