Hunter's pvp set bonus for 4 piecies

2. Description of the problem: When you wear atleast 4 pieces of hunter's pvp set, your focus regeneration should raise by 25%, in character stats, focus regenaration remains the same after equiping 4 piecies of the set. I've also checked if it's a visual bug, but when I counted how long will it take to regenerate 50 focus with and without the 4 pieces of the set, the time of it was the same.

3.How it must work: Inscrease regeneration of focus by 25%.
