Netherwing reputation problem

Hi guys,

 

I did the quests to get exalted with Netherwing faction for Netherwing Drakes. Nevertheless, this fraction still hates me and attack me. I can not speak to the seller of Drakes. Look screen:

Any idea? I want Netherdrake!

p.s.: I already unchecked the At War
