Bugged Trinket: Tickin Ebon Detonator

Hello guys,

The Ticking Ebon Detonator trinket is bugged

Ticking Ebon Detonator

As you can see on this picture the trinket should give me 16.940 agility.

In this picture you can see it gives me only 14 agility.

 

Please do something with it, fix it or remove it from the vendor.
