bmc444 Posted June 29, 2014 Posted June 29, 2014 There is an item called http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=92426/sealed-tome-of-the-lost-legion it starts a quest which colours your spells green, for example immolate, the problem is, this quest item only drops on the isle of Thunder from rares, those are not spawned though, i spent several hours to look for those at their blizzlike spawnpoints but they don't exist.
