There is an item called http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=92426/sealed-tome-of-the-lost-legion it starts a quest which colours your spells green, for example immolate, the problem is, this quest item only drops on the isle of Thunder from rares, those are not spawned though, i spent several hours to look for those at their blizzlike spawnpoints but they don't exist.

+1 good idea with a donation to get the spell, i hope to works properly.

Yup also thought about that, it just has to work, as you already mentioned. I mean its a quest chain.

The last part is a scenario in which we have to kill a boss(we know that),but scenarios dont work so well have to wait a bit.By the way good idea to add to donation.

They said that they fixed some npcs and loot.Maybe fixed codex too!will check.

 

EDIT:nope,still no chance to get fixed.And scenarios still dont work.
