Storm blast has 30% chance in ENCH from Echo of elements 3. isnt 30% but more like 2-3% 4. 29.06.14 5. fun/100x 6. 10/10 7. add info: echo of elements is 30% in ench and 6% in ele and resto also is 6% for Elemental blast in Enchn.
