A: Echo of the Element’s proc chance is 6% for Elemental and Restoration, and 30% for Enhancement.

 

Procc chance too low, nonexistent on Elemental Blast.

yes confirm ench shaman proc is like 5% and it should be 30% FOR ALL except Elemental Blast which is 6% for enhancement
