Indipender Posted July 2, 2014 Share Posted July 2, 2014 Enhancement Shaman cannot heal with Healing Surge if they dont have 20580 mana. It if free with 5 maelstrom stacks and 20% cheaper for every stack, yet even it it has no mana cost it wont let us heal, cause we dont have enough mana for the original 0 maelstrom one. This is one of the most frustrating bugs vs classes you need to purge a lot :\ Link to comment
