Lava Surge vs Mastery

When you cast Lava Burst and while casting you get an instant cast Lava Surge procc, if the mastery give you another Lava Burst, then you loose the instant Lava Surge.

 

In short, if mastery proccs Lava Burst, you loose your instant and cannot cast it, meaning you get 2 LvB's instead of 3 or possibly 4
