Indipender Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 Enhancement Shaman cannot heal with Healing Surge if they dont have 20580 mana. It if free with 5 maelstrom stacks and 20% cheaper for every stack, yet even it it has no mana cost it wont let us heal, cause we dont have enough mana for the original 0 maelstrom one. This is one of the most frustrating bugs vs classes you need to purge a lot: \ tested 14/07/03 on FUN, priority 5.5-6/10
