Mizuchi Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Talent: Heart of the Wild Issue: Heart of the Wild's 'Non-Feral' element/part of the ability does not function correctly, it reads "While in Cat Form, Agility, Hit Chance, and Expertise increased," however, when you enter cat form your expertise and hit chance percentile do NOT increase and your damage remains linear (While damage is supposed to increase due to what should be a large agility buff). (Note: I have only tested this while in the restoration specialization, this may not be the case throughout other specs but would be a safe assumption that it is.)
