Description of the problem: the skill do nothing, when it procs, it say reducing healing on target by 0% also dont do any dmg on proc 3. How it should work: it should reduce the healing of the enemy afected by 75% and deal dmg on proc 4. Date when you tested it: 7/6/14 5. Realm (x100/x5/Fun): 100x 6. Get your facts stright when talking about healing reduction. It is 25% in PvP as you are petty to find it on your own. Link to comment
