2. You aggro the boss and more then 6 mini-dinosaurs, you kill the dinosaurs first and then the boss, and not get the achievement.

3. Engage King Dred in Drak'Tharon Keep on Heroic Difficulty and slay 6 Drakkari Gutrippers or Drakkari Scytheclaw during his defeat.
