Tbf Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 Mastery of sublety rogues is buggy. I went 80% mastery to test this and it doesn't seem to work correctly. It increases your attack speed by 80% but not the damage of the finishing moves by same amount like it says in the tooltip... So you crit 10k with evis as 80% mastery in full s12. Link to comment
