Cooking cannot gain skill

I'm currently level 555/600 cooking. ( See sc )

Current: When I make something with cooking which is an orange recipe ( 100% +1 level )

it doesn't make you level up to the next level.

 

Expected: It should level you up.

 

Realm: 100x

Tried it on 01/07/2014 - 11/07/2014

Priority: 7/10

EDIT: I made a 100 of orange things and nothing. I learned ' Northrend Stew ' and made a couple and was able to get 600.

Northrend stew doesn't seems to increase my cooking after 533. You got 600 with it?
