Fishing: No fish are hooked, with fishloot

Fishing in general

 

Current: While fishing and clicking on the dobber, the loot window pops up but sometimes it will say ' No fish are hooked' and you cannot take the loot from the loot window.

Expected; When I fish and the lootwindow pops I should be able to loot all the loot ;P
