Banning someone for 30 days wont do anything they'll start again with it, so I suggest increase the punishment for EVER and no hacker will be there. Basicly they aren't hackers, because I'm 100% sure to just a few of the hundreds of guys using hacks know something about informatic and a hacker is a skilled guy in these fields.
