Visually, at level 20, it will show that the mount is unavailable. If you drag the mount icon to the toolbar, it will work as intended. The issue is purely visual within the mount collection window. It disappears when studying the second level of riding skill. In other words, the visual bug will only manifest between level 20 and 40. We apologize for any inconvenience; releasing a hotfix an hour before the opening is too risky. I kindly request that you personally assist newcomers in resolving this issue. Thank you
