Is it bannable using Elixir of Minor Defense

Is it bannable using http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=5997/elixir-of-minor-defense because it gives 20k armor.

Not really sure but i wouldnt take the risk.Even tho i used 2.5k mastery flask,i didnt get a ban(my mastery is 105% which makes 105% more dmg and healing without burst-destro locks).
