Druid's Set ain't working -Urgent-

the honor or the conquest points SET of the druid Bonus set isn't working , normally when you have 4/5 pieces you will get a -30sec cooldown on IRON BARK , but here it doesn't work IRON BARK cooldown is still 1mn instead of 30sec , this is a very important bug and should be fixed as fast as possible .
