[Skeer's Bloodsoaked Talisman] passive dosent work and 2/2 upgrade bugg

[skeer's Bloodsoaked Talisman] passive bugged and player cant upgrade it ! this trinket is realy important for any mele dps (strength ) !

as you wish ... ok . we talk about trinket [skeer's Bloodsoaked Talisman] = [http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=105134] this item have 2 problem ! 1.player cant upgrade this item in this link [http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=105134] as you can see trinket have 4 upgrade but when i try to upgrade it in this server i cant even put trinket in slot for upgrade i talking about this unit [http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=68980] or [http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=68982] ! and next problem about this trinket ... passive this trinket said [Your melee attacks have a chance to trigger Cruelty for 10 sec. While Cruelty is active, you gain 508 Critical Strike every 0.5 sec, stacking up to 20 times. (Approximately 0.92 procs per minute)] but when player use trinket and start attack this trinket just one time stack nothing more as you can see passive said [(Approximately 0.92 procs per minute)] ! but in this server this trinket just one time stack on player nothing more ! but as you can see passive must stack to 20 times i mean 20x 936 crit ! but this passive dosent work in this server ! [ i am sorry my bad english ] i hope i explain problem well for you ! thx !

You are right with the upgrade bug but it's just 2 upgrade not 4. 4 upgrade comes with patch 5.4.8

i just say what i see ! then it will be fixed with next upgrade ?! and how about passive stack ? it will be fixed too ?

hi .... wow that was fast ! 2/2 upgrade is fix now ... impressive ! but passive still dosent work ! thx you for your hard works ? but passive dosent work well ! its still have one stack on player but dosent have any crit for player with first stack and other stacks dosent work ! http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=105134 ! you are qqing about a trinket while the server is getting ruled by hackers and abusers. you could just simply get the shado pan assault talisman and it's still better for your frost dk and works 100%

PS: Most of the 5.4.8 trinkets do not work so ....

when i report upgrade bugg this trinket . server fix it in 1 day ! :) . sure they can fix it ! its just about time ! good luck gms !
