Error when I try to run the Pandawow.exe

Hello Forums.

 

I've just downloaded the PandaWoW.exe on a new computer, and every time I try to open it, it gives me the error ''Data/enUS\locale-enUS.MPQ: Cannot stream required archive data. Please check your network connection.''

 

Nothing's wrong with my network connection. Plus a friend of mine gets the same error.
