I believe you can buy it from the store on the website.

i have this sword in my warlock in realm x10 i got it from the the black temple, just kill the mobs inside and change the loot to epic

You can try to get it but my advice is just buy it it's 40 bonuses.

PS: i tryed to get it in Magisters' Terrace more than 10 times still no sword.

lol u can find it in several places ... I found it once by mistake in dungs near icc (forgot which one tho) or buy it from AH :D 500k easy :D
