squals Posted July 29, 2014 Share Posted July 29, 2014 the passive talent "divine purpose" must proc with 25% of probability every time is being used a spell that consume holy power (no matter how many are used). actually on this server i see proc divine purpose rarely when i use judgement! is a hard bug for hpalas Link to comment
