Well i tested it by removing all of there gear, and they both healed around 4.5k there was still a little deference because the DK had 1k more HP with no gear then the warrior.

The deference you see in your test is because of gear. If they have identical gear and/or PVP power there would be no deference in amount healed.

And make sure that they have the same amount of HP

If DK has 475k and warrior has 465k hp. it should, obviously heal more DK than warrior, more hp-more heal. But he states that warrior heals more than DK which should never happen because of DK having higher HP. I assume second wind is broken.

 

LoL, no, healing is not affected by strenght if you are DK.... Where did you hear that!? Go to wowhead type any DK healing spell name and check tab "modified by".
