Cap reset days and times

Heeyy guys! I wanted to learn the days that cap resets, which are 3( please be specific with time and day) (mentioned in this article: http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=60127 under the mail in game cap reset and limit on sale items).By the way, I was forced to create a thread coz everybody is trolling in the english chat :D
