2. It should benefit from destruction warlock's mastery by increasing its heal. It scales incorrectly resulting in lower healing. Right now Ember Tap is only affected by PvP power, poorly by mastery and obviously by Stamina...

3. Use heal from it Reforge some stuff to mastery / put some gems. Use it again and see yourself. Calculate.
