My dk can't use the default DK horse mount for some reason

Hello, you can not use it because you have not earned this mount. It's not a mount you learn by default like paladins and warlocks do, you have to complete the whole Death Knight intro questline in Scarlet Enclave if you wish to have it. The criteria is written in the mount journal in the same screenshot you shared

i had that mount since forever, all dk characters had it upon creation, what the hell are you talking about, i already had the mount learned

how are we supposed to do any questline for dks if we appear full lvl90 in stormwing instead of in that alternative acherus realm? have you ever played dk? we CANT do the intro questlines of the DK class in the xfun realm
