I am trying to log in but it says that my account needs to be converter or the error on the picture. I reinstaled the game and it didn't work.

Can anyone help me?

For some reason, some people from Bulgaria can not log in.. We all have the same issue "Stuck at connecting"... I'm sure they aren't just banning bulgarians from their servers, but there is some error which causes this.

And this better be fixed fast, because if it's not most people will just move to another server...

I'm almost sure everyone here is bulgarian. Also - no. Not everyone is on vivacom, but apparently SOME network providers like vivacom and medicom and etc. (they are probably on the same machine) have problems (or are banned, which I do not believe is the case) with the server's network provider and/or host machine.

No just stop here.

It seems that the bulgarian IP has been blacklisted and results that we can`t login....I`m sure as soon as the admin team sees it they`ll fix it

Uh I would have to disagree here. The reasons why I have to is: Even if you enter a wrong password or wrong name or anything, it just stays on Connecting. It does not even authenticate.

That is why I asked him to explain.

Nah others can connect just fine... + Doesn`t auth get permisions from the database about accounts and stuff? So preety sure if the Ip`s are blacklisted they wont pass the auth

For one IP to be blacklisted from the server, and filtered they must go through the filter, which is the authentication, yet it does not even go to that stage of authentication.

It's not the IP that's blacklisted, but the certain Network Providers that have problems (for some reason) with the Panda-WoW server.

I am from Bulgaria and i can login but i am making the thread for my friend who can't. We live in the same neighborhood but the only difference is our internet provider.

Do explain how others would log in and we that are using and are having bulgarian IPs can`t login.

Well maybe your provider is getting their internet from some other country.

That is exactly my point. Maybe the reason for that is that those network providers, which are on one machine all have the problem.

And that would be why some not only one provider has problems with connecting.

Okay guys, I bring both good and bad news. I figured out where's the problem!

So here's the situation: Anyone on the network providers Vivacom and Medicom will not be able to log on PandaWoW (until tommorow hopefully).

So because those two providers are on the same machine, they share the problem. Also, the problem is mid-side. It's not in PandaWoW, and it's not in the providers. It's in the middle.

I don't know what it is yet, and we can't know today, but I know administrators from the network providers will check tommorow and hopefully they will find and fix the problem!
