Black moon island and 150 mounts.

Hi, I wanted to report that the npc disappeared carrying black moon island and the portal there in Mulgore. Also I have 150 mounts but got no achievement or comet. Thank you

Dark moon faire happens only some months(idk which ones) so it shouldnt be there 24/7.Neither the achievement works.
