"Payment system was blocked for you." Error

Hello, every time I try to purchase bonuses, it gives me the error, "Payment system was blocked for you." for some reason, I have bought bonuses before on that account and I am doing it again to unban myself, It does let me buy bonuses on other accounts, and i was thinking of posting a character for sale on my main account and buying it on another account so I can basically buy bonuses for my main account, however it won't let me post it because I am banned.
