Item lost 25 credits!!! and post eliminated

I need help. I spent 25 credits in something short and no one answers me two days ago. They just told me to read the rules, and I read it again and was told to post the same. I posted my problem I asked a gm if it's okay, they said yes. and now deleted post without telling me what to do with the problem. Not even understand the language well.

 

I just want to send Gardevoir mail the item I purchased and to check in my account (mail: maxi-stereo@hotmail.com) I sent the item to it on 12 August.
