Dream of Cenarius bug

1. Spell: Dream of Cenarius( level 90 druid talent ) http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=108373/dream-of-cenarius

 

2. The spell does not work completely. It doesen't give you incresed healing from Healing Touch http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5185 and it doesen't give you damage buff (30% additional damage for your next two melee attacks, example for ferals).

 

3. It should give you 20% more healing gained from Healing Touch http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5185 and it should give you 30% more damage for your next two melee attacks (feral), 25% additional damage in your next Eclipse http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=79577/eclipse (balance).
