2. The spell does not work completely. It doesen't give you incresed healing from Healing Touch Healing Touch and it doesen't give you damage buff (30% additional damage for your next two melee attacks, example for ferals).

 

3. It should give you 20% more healing gained from Healing Touch Healing Touch and it should give you 30% more damage for your next two melee attacks (feral), 25% additional damage in your next Eclipse Eclipse (balance).
