bug on death, cannot move or return to body

hi all

 

loving the 100x server, however every time i die,

i cannot move to return to my body, so i must log in and out

 

this makes raiding painful....

 

ive found that using other pc's the issue does not occur,

 

any recommendations on correcting this,

 

i have reset all my settings to default,

cleared the cache,

 

any ideas?
