This NPC don't sell his items correctly.

Yea, like the title said. I wanted to buy an item from a NPC in Nagrand. And it doesn't sell the item like WoWhead says it should do.

This item. ¨Stormspire Vest¨ could be obtained if you have the enough Rep with two Outland factions.

But if you go and try to buy them, BOTH NPC DON'T SELL THEM!

Are in their normal places. But they just don't sell two items.

Also i tried searching it in the page to buy the Stormspire Vest with credits and it isn't here.

So, how i'm going to buy it then?
