Can't transmog

I've been trying to transmog for a while, i've been relogging a bunch of times but nothing helps.

When i select the transmog i want, and when i press apply nothing happens.

And i really mean NOTHING, it's like i didn't press it at all.

 

Would appriciate a answer.

when you put the items to the slots of the transmogrification npc and click apply then move only the transmogrified items to your inventory and relog then equip them again

some of the items aren't added to the database of transmogs? or something like that. Either way there are few items out there that can not be transmoged. So this might be the case.
