This is increased to 18,6% at baseline mastery (24%) and then further by mastery acquired through gear and buffs. At my level of mastery (49,70%) and HP (394k) it heals for 97330 health. This means that it is affected by the 10% healing increase from Fel Armor. This gives the formula 15*mastery*1,1. In my case: 15 * 1,497 * 1,1 = 24,7005 On the server spell scaling is incorrect. If I have 91,18% mastery, it should heal me for 31,5447% max hp. On the server this healing is only 28,68%. That is 2,8647 % less then my max health 15078,5 healing lost. Adding armors and talents like Dark Regeneration the healing is even less due to scaling. In PVP healing is also reduced by Battle Fatigue nerfing it down even more. Locks need healing a LOT, this is mandatory that this should be fixed. Its just visual bug. Healing increase from Fel armor (+10%) not showing on Ember tap tooltip, but works correctly. Declined. Link to comment
