Skill:Cloud Serpent Riding( Cloud Serpent Riding )

I can't ride any serpent at all...even if i trained everything and earned exalted with Order of the Cloud Serpent.

Please help me in any way,delete my reputation or give me the reputation achievement so i can ride Serpents.

You need to finish ridding in the sky quest to get passive ridding cloud serpent

Well it's not giving me the quest.Why? :(

you need to do the quests chain for Order of the Cloud Serpent to get Cloud Serpent Riding

and also Cloud Serpent Riding need to be fixed (i meant to be shared with every level 90 character in your account)

Yea i get that but which quests?some of them are bugged so i don't want to kill my brains trying to complete every bugged quest...

Thanks for the help,i just had to do 2-3 quests,not hard at all.Sorry for being a trouble i asked some people and they made me think it's a bugg,but it's not.
