Guide: How to make a in-game Ticket.

 

Step 1.

Press the "ESC" button on your keyboard or open you Game Menu from the "mini-menu".

Then this window will pop up.

Press the "Help" button.

 

Step 2.

When you pressed the "Help" button this window will appear.

Then press "Open a Ticket"

 

Step 3.

When you pressed "Open a Ticket" this window will appear.

Then press "Open a Ticket" again.

 

Step 4.

Then this window will appear.

Here you will see a field where you can type.

In this field you should type your problem in detail (not as in the picture).

Then press "Submit" this will send the Ticket.

 

Step 5.

When you press submit you will see this window pop up.

This window informs you that your Ticket have been sent, and by pressing the little icon will open it again and from there you can edit and abandon your Ticket.

 

Step 6.

So now your Ticket have been sent and you are waiting for an response.

When a Admin has answered your Ticket this window will appear in the up-right corner on your screen, next to the mini-map(if you have no addons regarding the mini-map)

To look at the ticket and it's response click on the little icon shown on the picture.

And when you opened the Ticket by pressing the icon you will get this up on your screen containing your ticket and the answer.
