I will explain it from Balance druid PoV but it is the same mechanic for the other ones above. This is as well very core mechanic since TBC... and it doesn't work here whatsoever. When you are casting a non-instant Starsurge, and it tend to happen that you get a Shooting Stars proc, it should let you cast an instant Starsurge right after you finished casting of the first non-instant one. To illustrate it: While casting Starsurge ----> Shooting Stars proc ----> you finished Starsurge cast ----> you SHOULD be allowed to cast instant Starsurge. 3. You should be allowed to cast an instant spell after the non-instant spell when talent/passive ability proc. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/9793020359 to back it up, im sure there is a lot more proof... if there needs to be any since it's mechanic from TBC... 4. 13.09.14 5.
