Still problems with WoW.

Hello again, I reinstalled WoW and still I can't play it. Actually I can but I can't see anyone. Only one or two players but I can see on my chat that a lot of them are talking but I can't see them. Also vendors and shops for me doesn't exists. Can you please help me?
