How it should work:Hurls an immense fiery boulder that causes 1816 to 2305 (+ 198% of Spell power) Fire damage and an additional 2250 (+ 216% of Spell power) Fire damage over 18 sec.

 

Getting two single-target direct-damage Fire critical strikes in a row will make your next Pyroblast instant cast, cost no mana, and deal 25% additional damage.

 

How it works: Sometimes when you get a pyro proc the proc isn't consumed.

Priority: 3/10

 

P.S If someone can do a bit of a testing it happens rarely, but still it's a bug. Overall the whole pyro proc system is messed sometimes I get proc from nothing.

+ One more thing when you are with Presence of Mind on and Hot streak you should have 2x pyro but Presence Consumes the Hot streak too :[

Sorry but you did not put any pictures or videos to prove that, i will have to thumb down this post.

there is one more bug when 2 fire mages are in arena against one another .. if one of them make a proc the other one gets it to ! so you can just sit and cast like and idiot instant pyros just becouse other one is making the procs ( i am not sure is it 100% i tappaned to me only in one arena but its the one arena that i was fire against another fire mage )
