nope, its probably in the database, but you need to compete the achievement Challenge Conqueror: Gold in order to get this set.

And you can't do that, since 1. raids dont work properly and 2. achievements dont work properly

You get that set from challenge mode dungeons which aren't currently available

I have seen people with shaman challenge mode gear no idea how to get it. But i will love to know.

As I understood at one point people were actually able to buy em no idea how tho

They bought it when it was available for free at the vendors in 5.0.5, not available anymore
